Great for extra power
I originally purchased this for another IPad. I though it was an IPad2 but found out after I purchased this case that it was an IPad 1st generation. Needless to say it did not fit. There is a 1/16 size difference in the IPad and the IPad2. I got an IPad2 4th generation for my Anniversary an it fit right into the case with no problem. The convenience of having a way to recharge the IPad2 from the Power Pack Keyboard is a real time saver and comes in handy when traveling. Well worth the money.

An excellent accessory for my iPad!
I attend a lot of meetings and wanted to use my iPad to keep notes of issues covered and decisions made. My iPad keyboard was too small for my pudgy fingers and I spent more time back spacing and deleting bad text than adding notes. Also, switchung between keyboards for punctuation and numbers was downright frustrating!This new keyboard gets rid of all those problems and is just exactly what I needed to get the most utility value from my iPad. Also, the keyboards' protective cover holds my iPad securely in an upright position so I can use it's camera function to "hang out" with my friends and associates using "Google +". Really cool! Finally, the battery capacity is HUGE and is a big advantage for me when I don't have access to AC power.
