This device is indispensable for my neck/ shoulder pain
I have chronic neck / shoulder pain. I put the mini i-tens at the base of the neck and use my iPhone to set it for the preprogrammed 40 minutes for upper back and it feels great! I know you're not supposed to sleep while using it but it is so relaxing I have dozed off with no stress and no pain. This is a genius device compared to the bulky TENS units I have gotten elsewhere ! The company is extremely responsive by phone; I've called a few times when I had error messages and they answered right away and helped me!

What I love about the product is that it's cordless so I can wear discretely and be mobile without it being bulky or cords hanging. The different settings are a plus.

Relieves My Chronic Neck Pain
I use this product for my chronic neck pain. I place the gel pads on the spot when it hurts to get relief from chronic pain. I wear it one to two times a day for relief and comfort. Try this product if you want to relieve pain issues.

Garbage
Charged this and it did not work. Because it is a "personal product", I cannot return it. What a waste of money. Will not be purchasing from Sharper Image again.

Waste of money!
I saw the reviews on this pulse massager & thought wow! I need that! I have neck issues & it might help. It does zero! It doesn't stick or tingle. No instructions. What a waste of money & no support!

I would NOT buy this product again
I would not buy this product again and quite frankly, I was surprised by two things. Firstly , that it was DOA. Secondly, that sharper Image would sell a piece of garbage like this! I was disappointed.
