This is very handy for people who lose track of time.
It is great. Not quite loud enough for a two bedroom apt. while the A/C wall unit is running. If you use it for a relative with memory problems, they may not remember to turn off the reminders, so they will build up like missed reminders and make a light blink.

Great product.
This has worked great as a reminder system for my grandparents. Recorded myself for the daily reminders to my grandfather to take his medication in the morning and evening. Also set up today only reminders for them when they have appointments or other events. Very easy for me to record and them to turn on/off the reminder alarms.
