Exercise made easy!
I have found many variations for using this product on both my upper and lower body. I get a good workout every time. The only thing I found that is an issue is that it really isl not slip resistant. I have wood floors and even though there are rubber pieces on the base, it still slides.

Perfect for any home, especially apartments
This is the perfect exercise machine for my apartment. Allows me to get a full body work, but doesn't take up such a large space. I am really impressed with the quality of the machine. It was a very smooth pedal, and did not feel cheap in any way.
