The Headache Relieving Band
The Headache Relieving Band is insulated and comes with three non-toxic reusable hot/cold gel packs that add even more therapeutic relief. Warm them in the microwave then insert them into the band to help relax tense muscles. Chill them in the refrigerator or freezer to help ease tension headaches. An adjustable strap with Velcro closure keeps it comfortably and securely in place. One size fits all.

Convenient but ...
The idea is good. It's convenient but the down side is that the cold packs don't stay iced very long. With my Groupon (which basically cut its cost in half), it was worth the purchase, but otherwise, I'm not so sure.
