Love it!
This blanket gets softer every time I wash it! I have used it for 6 weeks and do believe it helps regulate body temperature a bit. I feel that I have not been waking up hot in the night as often as I did before I purchased this blanket.

Very nice blanket
A fine addition to the temperature regulating line. I bought the sheet and pillowcase set first and was very happy with it so I decided to go whole hog and get the blanket and mattress pad also. Each item is very soft and does indeed regulate the temperature through the night. It's especially helpful if you tend to sweat at night. I would recommend getting the sheet and pillowcase set first and see how you like it. It's really the most important part. Then move on to the blanket. I don't think the mattress pad is crucial but it is nice to have.
