Photos do not load no customer service

I bought a talking clock because ot will announce day and time. I specifically chose this Robin clock because i could apparently put family photos on the screen for my visually impaired 95 yr old father. There are no instructions ANYWHERE for loading photos. The photos are liaded into the device but they do not show up. I have called and emailed the company. Phone msge says only emails. Emails bounce back. VERY dishonest! Sharper image should be ashamed for taking on this product
