These headphones work great!
We purchased these for my husband who refuses to wear hearing aids but needs the TV volume up so loud I can stand it. The headphones work well, he can hear the tv and they saved our marriage.

Excellent product
This is my second pair. I'm 70 percent hearing loss and without these I could not listen to TV programs. The only issue is this second pair does not remain at volume level that was set after placing then removing from the charging stand. Other than that issue these devices are the best I've been able to find.

Purchased Dec 2023. Today is May 13, 2024. Hooked up using optical. I live in nursing home. Everyone leaves their door open; including me. These headphones allow me to listen with volume up. I have partial hearing loss. I like these headphones. I enjoy action movies at high volume, and do not disturb anyone else. Happy with purchase.

I would buy the product again.
I have enjoyed my earphones for over a year, but now the headphones do not work. I had them on, there was a little pop and I cannot get them to charge. The base seems to be working. I had bought a spare set, but cannot get it to charge the headset. I do love these because I do not have to turn the tv so loud! Can you make any suggestions?

Highly recommend this headset
This headset is a great performer and great value at the Sharper Image price. Great sound quality and range for those of us who otherwise must use ultra-strong hearing aids. Can be used in addition to hearing aids for convenience. Or, can provide silence for grateful others in the same room. I even wear them in the yard, listening to favorite TV programs, while doing landscape maintenance on my 10,000 sq ft lot. I've used 4 units over 5 years with no issues. I have gifted 6 units to family & they love them too.

Works well as advertised
Product works well, easy out of the box to set up. But, I wished it had a knob to turn the volume up/down instead of the push buttons. Plus I wished it had a button to push to mute the sound.
