Definitely would buy again
How do you describe yourself using a pillow? Anyway, this is probably the best pillow I have found so far--thought I had the best one that had come highly recommended after my back and neck surgeries, but this is great. It does exactly what it says it will do, not only supports my neck but also takes some of the pressure off my head at the same time. With the way it's designed I do have to admit it is a little awkward to put a pillow case on as it's a little floppy and I did wonder about it and the support it would be as opposed to the $100 pillow I'd been using, but what a difference once I used it.

At Last - It Works
I'm generally a side sleeper but occasionally roll onto my back. The foam, feather, and polyester fill pillows were okay for side sleeping, but not back. This pillow is perfect for both. And I don't wake up with a stiff neck or shoulder.

Love this pillow! Spine issues and so far this works GREAT!
Over the past 14 years and multiple neck and back surgeries, I've been searching for the right pillow that didn't leave me waking up with neck pain (I've had cervical fusion of my neck). I've been using this for a few weeks now and have yet to wake up with neck pain. I've tried Temperpedic pillows (my bed is Temperpedic), and other name brand pillows that are supposed to be designed to provide this and that, but so far none of them compare to this pillow. My head sinks right in where it's supposed to...I can turn either direction and still feel comfortable. I highly recommend this pillow.

Pillow of my dreams
I alternate from from my back to side while sleeping. This pillow is great as I don't wake up with a sore neck anymore, regardless of how I sleep. I love how I can use my regular pillow cases with this.
