SpineDok relaxes back
The Spinedok is the most useful gift I received this Christmas. I opened it, immediately tried it out, and then all in the room proceeded to try it. They all agreed it made breathing easier, relaxed the back muscles, and made you want to take a rest! I use it everyday (most days 2 times a day) for 3-5 minutes at a time!

For people with a tight back, this is a good passive exercise. It is important to follow directions. It is also important to know there is no underlying injury before using this equipment.

great stretcher
I've been using this every night gradually increasing the time I'm on it, as recommended. It's a good stretcher for your back but a little more padding under your spine would be nicer.
