Easy to use
I keep this rowing machine in the living room corner. I have it set on medium resistance, the workout is not too hard and not too light. It's a good cardio workout, the heart rate goes up. Very happy with this machine, just what I had in mind for afternoons watching TV.

Helping me get to goal
I am 55 and realized with Covid I don't move anymore. I bought this to put upstairs in a spare bedroom. It's super quiet. I put it together myself and I use it now every night for 20-30 minutes while I watch my show on Netflix and before you know it it done! I like it. It's seems sturdy and is working perfectly fine. I have back issues and knee issues and it's not hurting me at all. I do recommend it!

Good product love it!
Overall is Easy to use, not flimsy as I thought, the knob for adjusting the resistance is also easy but the placement under the seat is awkward to adjust! Should put it near the front screen. (Like my old one).

great product!
I have been looking for rowing machine that was also space saving, living in a small house. I love how i can store this under my bed in the basement without it taking up too much space when not is use. The product is well built, easy to use and a great workout, plus the price was right. Having issues with my hips this is a great low impact workout for me.

Working well, just what I wanted
At 75, having arthritic pain in knees and shoulders. Got this rower to help strengthen both. Seems to be working well. Easy and comfortable to use, doesn't take up a lot of space in room.
