Great Item!
I bought this product because I needed a new smart watch and loved that the earbuds came with it. This item is great and super convenient for when I workout or need to jump on the phone and want to use earbuds. The watch itself has a premium look and feel and is easy to use.

Innovative Design
I had some initial issues with wearbuds. I was attracted to it due to the innovative design - how the earbuds are stored in the band. For some reason, the heart rate monitor wouldn't read my pulse from my wrist, and an update kept failing after multiple attempts to install it. I emailed customer service, and after a couple of days they responded with solutions that worked. I was sent an additional file to load on my phone that allowed the update to install successfully. Customer service suggested pressing the sensor on the inside of the band with my finger to get my heart rate. That also worked, though I'd prefer it to read from my wrist. I'll try putting the band with the sensor on the inside of my wrist, instead of the top.It recorded my steps and counted calories successfully. If not for the heart rate issue, I'd have given it 5 stars.
