Great for long flights!
The best way to combat jet lag from international travel, I've found, is to radically modify my sleep cycle starting a few days before travel through the flight. This sleep mask helps me accomplish that -- not only by completely blocking out light, but also by providing a relaxation mechanism with the blue tracks inside the mask.

Sleep Mask
This mask does provide complete darkness and is light weight. It also has a comfortable adjustable head strap. There is a cut-out to prevent pressure against my eyes. However,I would prefer satin or other fabric to foam, next to my skin.

Love how comfortable this item is.
This product is so lightwieght you can't tell it is even on. It blocks all the light in a comfortable way and the glowing blue lights disappear in the right time to insure a good nights rest.
