Better Sleep
The wedge sleep pillow has allowed me to sleep in a prone position, which I haven't done in a while. My head is elevated (at 7") enough so that I have no sinus problems.

Just ok
Purchased this with the 12" wedge and disappointed it's not a true pillow case. Covers enough but would prefer it cover completely.

Too small for even the smallest wedge pillow
This pillow case is smaller than the dimensions of the 7" pillow. I can squeeze most of the pillow into it, but parts of the pillow get compressed significantly. The part of the fabric that should fit along the 7" corners is 6.5", and there is not enough fabric to cover the sides. I won't be using this! Don't waste your money!

Way too small for med. wedge pillow
Unable to get the pillowcase to fit. It kept crimping the foam and folding the wedge pillow in half. Not satisfied at all. I am returning the pillowcase.
