I would buy many more of this item
Drop everything and order this immediately if you suffer from hot flashes. Don't know how I lived with out this. I keep this on the side of my bed and it has been a life saver at night. Use it, then fold it and put in the drawer until the next time I need it. I will also take this when I go away. I highly recommend this product

Perfect
Feels great, but not easy to bend. Would have liked it to be a little more gel-like since I'm laying my head on it. It is too stiff to mold around a pillow. Yet with that said I do still like it and it does help. I just can't use it all night. I let the coolness relax me, then move it to another part of the bed. That way I can aways grab it if I get warm in the middle of the night.

It WORKS!!!
I bought 3 cooling pillow pads on the promotion, day buy 2 get 1 free. 1 for myself & 2 as gifts. I tested the cooling pad that night. It felt crisp & cool and was not bulky. I typically wake with a sweaty neck and so far the pad has reduced that number. Very happy and I will be sending on the other cooling pads as gifts.

Hotflash quelled!
Had used it 2 nights near neck and head to start the night and fell asleep more comfortably. The second night I grabbed it again in middle of night and was releaved of a severe hot flash invading my sleep! I recommend heartily!

LOVE this self-cooling pillow pad!
As a woman of a certain age... I was waking up several times per night trying to cool off. I was struggling to find new ways get through the night. I would HIGHLY recommend this item to anyone that overheats when they are trying to sleep. I use it as I am falling asleep and move it when I know I won't be awake much longer. Then it's "recharging" while I sleep and when I wake up and need to cool off again - it's ready to go. I grab it and I am back to sleep in no time. I just ordered two more for friends! Also, I have never taken the time to write a review before but felt this item was worth it!
