Top Quality Product That Works!
I loved this pillow because it actually did what it said it would do ... keep my head cool at night. Unfortunately, I am not a fan of a firm pillow, but I gave the pillow to my husband and he loves it, too!

This pillow is great! The cooling feature is very relaxing and it feels high-quality. It's a little firm, but my head sinks into it after a minute or two.

I would buy this product again.
I was hoping for more cooling effect, as one of the reason I made purchase, little disappointed. It is a nice firm pillow with good neck support.

Less than an inch thick
This "pillow" is less than an inch thick. It didn't come vacuum sealed so it isn't waiting to fluff up and fluffing it did nothing. It says it is five inches high but this is just a glorified Mat.
