Defeats the Purpose
The concept for the reusable cool eye patches is good except when you remove them. they pull the skin underneath your eyes which defeats the purpose.

I would not buy this product.
When removing the eye patches they pull your skin which defeats the purpose of this product. I will no longer do business with this company. I have left my number three times with no call back. I've emailed them with no response. I can not return this item that does not do what is advertised because it falls under a personal item. I spent good money on it and if I can't return it what good are they??!! If this is how this company works, no thanks!
