Product works perfectly

I purchased this item for my wife. She likes her white wine chilled so after seeing this item on Sharper Image's site, I figured it would fit the needs. We tried it a days before New Years and found it to work perfectly. There weren't any complications and the directions seemed pretty straight forward (minus the suggested temperatures/timing as to the type of wine being chilled). We have only used it to cool only bottle of wine thus far, but like I said, it performed nicely and gave us the desired results without any headaches or heart breaks.

Very Handy

One doesn't realize how many times this item will come in handy! It does a nice job of cooling off a bottle of wine. We have found that we use it several times a week to chill beverages. If there is a con to the item, it might be that it is slightly messy since it involves ice and water and possibly inconvenient in that you have to have two trays of ice to operate it. However, its usefulness outweighs this. I would definitely recommend this product.
