It actual works
Bought this product for my husband. He was complaining continuously about the pain in his sciatica and had a hard time standing after sitting. He used it immediately and now uses it religiously. He no longer complains. He says he has some sciatica pain but is is about 80% less. I found the small pump included to be adequate. It is awkward to hold the pump nozzle to the cushion and could be very difficult if your hands are arthritic or swollen. Highly recommend this product.

Just what you need when you must be driving for a long while
I find this product to be extremely useful especially if you're in your car and you going to be driving for some time. At first, I didn't believe that this product would be able to help me when I'm driving. But after using it I find it too relieved the uncomfortableness that you experience when you must drive for a long time. Thank you
