Great product for spinal surgery patient
Bought this product for my husband to use when we travel. He's also found it's a great help when he's sitting for a good while reading books, planning his daily itinerary or driving his riding mower. The cushion enables him to remain comfortable and to accomplish tasks that have been painful following surgery.

It actual works
Bought this product for my husband. He was complaining continuously about the pain in his sciatica and had a hard time standing after sitting. He used it immediately and now uses it religiously. He no longer complains. He says he has some sciatica pain but is is about 80% less. I found the small pump included to be adequate. It is awkward to hold the pump nozzle to the cushion and could be very difficult if your hands are arthritic or swollen. Highly recommend this product.
