This was a gift to my dad for Christmas. He has suffered five strokes in the past two years and was frustrated with the waning strength in one of his hands. I saw this item of yours and immediately knew it would be a great gift. He's tough to shop for anyway, so this was not only helpful but unique as well! EXCITED BUT HAVE SECOND THOUGHTS
Its everything I expected but find the 'training CD' lacking. I wanted it to be more straight forward but this doesn't fill the bill for me. I realize it takes practice but there isn't enough information to train with this. If I could get this operating I might even consider buying a second one.

Great workout, any place, any time!
