I finally found a wedge cushion that fits my 2011 Honda Pilot! I would highly recommend this product. Pricey but well worth the money.

Great for posture!

I bought this for work where I spend most of my time sitting. This definitely helps rotate my pelvis forward which is good for the alignment of my hips and back. The slope of the cushion also allows my hip flexors to relax. I will probably purchase another one of these for driving.
