When I ordered I didn't realize there were different sizes. I should have ordered a medium (I'm 5'6" and 140lbs.) I'm currently waiting for that size to become available again. Having seen it, though, I'll surely wait for the product to become available.

Great Posture

Sitting at a desk all day gives me terrible posutre, im always slouching over giving me terrible upper back, shoulder and neck pain. With this trainer it lets me know when im slouching with a beep or vibrate. I always know when I need to sit up straight. My upper back pain lessens and lessens each day.
