I LOVE this product!

The personal media recorder has been an amazing product purchase. I am able to take all my old 8mm tapes, VHS tapes and mini DVD tapes and transfer to DVD. I am able to grab videos from family memebers of my boys, parents and all family events since it is portable. I am able to load videos from my phone. I can record movies/shows from my TV. This is saving me thousands of dollars since I have taken so many videos and pictures over many years. I have family and friends offering me money to transfer all their photos and videos. Without this product, I would never had been able to afford sending out my tapes. I would have been in fear if they were lost of damaged. Love, Love, Love this product. Thank you Sharper image. I also appreciate the gift card and 20% money back. Now to shop again!!!

Small DVR

I plugged this unit into my cable box and was able to set it up on my first try. I actually found it easy to learn and easy to program it. I also found it intuitive to play it on my PC via the cables provided in the purchase. Next step is to record VCR movies onto it and then save it on my PC/DVD disc for permanent transfer.
