Glad I bought this product!
I had a similar device (called Monument) for several years that I stored on a personal cloud thousands of photos (over 38,000 photos and 1050 videos). The device was starting to fail so it was time to purchase a new cloud storage device. After much research, I found this product and could not be happier. I purchased the 2TB model due to the large number of photos and videos I have. The online FAQ videos on YouTube and the quick start guide both helped me get my cloud storage device up and running quickly. While it's only been a week since I received my product from Sharper Image, I am very happy so far!
