Quality product with a quality company

Great product;great customer service!!!!
Bought this to keep an eye on my two dogs. Initially had trouble setting it up but the customer service was second to none! Both Adam and Bill took great care to resolve my issues and help me get my camera working properly. They were both very patient, helpful and professional. I have had no problems since they helped me to set it up. I know am thinking about purchasing another camera to get maximum coverage of my dogs in my sunroom while I am away from home!!

I was skeptical that a device this small and inexpensive could perform the way I need it to BUT, i was pleasantly surprised to see it did everything and more. It sends me the alerts with motion detection. I can live stream what is the field of vision. I can control it from anywhere there is Wi-Fi or a cell signal. I am fully satisfied with this camera.

I would recommend this product
I use this to monitor my pets, however lately it has not been working, says something about lost connection check and see if it is connected, which is impossible if I am at work, that's why I purchased the camera to check on my pets. It does work and I like the size, maybe it has to do with my wi fi at home that might have a problem during the day. I would recommend this.

Great
I ordered this camera for security use in conjunction with my home security service. Much less expensive and no extra monthly monitoring fee like was offered from my security company and have been satisfied with it's performance. I use it with my smartphone. Easy set up and when I called customer service at Sharper Image with a question they were so helpful. If you're looking for a simple, uncomplicated unit then I would recommend. Works great.
