Very helpful for traveling!
I bought this item for my trip to France and it was very helpful as I do not know very much French. I was able to easily connect to wifi and use it when ordering food at the restaurant. I also learned some of the language while using it! I definitely recommend this if you are traveling soon.

Legit translator!
This translator works great, but it does take time to learn. I like how you can easily have translated conversations. My family will try using it soon in Mexico, so I'm excited! You need to connect to your phone to use it so you must have a smart phone. This translator would also be great for my grandparents who travel out of the country a lot. Highly recommend!

Not recommended for someone not super tech savvy
I had to call tech support to get the product to work, then after I hung up with tech support and tried to reboot the translator and couldn't get it to work again. I tried several times the next two days to restart it but met with negative results
