Please note: With evaporative cooling, the level of cooling depends on the indoor humidity and the current temperature. The best working temperature is 77°F-89°F. The lower the humidity, the more obvious the cooling effect. For example:
• At 30% indoor humidity and a room temperature of 77°F, the air output temperature will be 60°F
• At 40% indoor humidity and a room temperature of 77°F, the air output temperature will be 62°F
• At 30% indoor humidity and a room temperature of 86°F, the air output temperature will be 66°F
• At 40% indoor humidity and a room temperature of 86°F, the air output temperature will be 69°F
• At 30% indoor humidity and a room temperature of 95°F, the air output temperature will be 72°F
• At 40% indoor humidity and a room temperature of 95°F, the air output temperature will be 75.5°F

Exceellent product
Easy to assemble and prepare. Cools quite well. It even comes with a plug-in converter so we didn't have to buy any accessories. Assembles in a short period of time. Easy to refill. We bought for ourselves and another for our children. Extremely satisfied.

Awesome Little Chiller.
I would definitely recommend this product, with the understanding it is NOT a portable AC. It cools the area directly in front of it but will NOT cool an entire room. (Basically whatever it's blowing air on stays cool.) That said, it's wonderful. I had some doubts about how helpful it could really be for me. After the first night those were long gone. Minimal setup. Whisper quiet. Adjustable fan strength. (There's even an option that mimics natural wind.) I set mine up on my nightstand & completely eliminated those hot sweaty sleepless summer nights. Add ice to the water & the air blown out is even cooler. It's a bit pricey compared to some others on the market, but it is totally worth it.

I am buying it again
I now work from home and my office is now in my room. I get the west sun so it gets hot in my room and I also get hot when I stress from my job. It feels wonderful. Normally we have a portable floor air conditioner but no room now. I'm buying another for my hubby.

Since my husband is ill and bedridden this evaporated cooler is perfect in helping to keep his immediate surrounding area (bedside) cool and comfortable. Also recently when our electrical power unexpectedly went down and because Evaporated Cooler does not use much electrical power compared to other cooling appliances just plugged it into our emergency power source box along with my husband's electric oxygen machine and both machines continued to function while our electrical power was down for 4 hours!
