Massager
I bought a similar massager from Sharper Image many years ago. I really liked it and it held up for a long time. After many years of pretty heavy duty use, it developed a bad connection within the wire. It still works, but you have to hold it just so or it cuts out. This became annoying, so I finally decided to replace it. I tried buying a similar one, but much cheaper, from another company. It developed the same issue in no time. So I finally decided to come back to Sharper Image to get this one as my new replacement. Certainly more expensive, but it's AWESOME! I like the heat, and the automatic 15 minute shut off is good as a safety reminder, to keep it from overheating itself. The massaging heads, on the old one, adjusted in width, which I miss on this one, but seem to be in the position that I preferred, so not really an issue.

Wonder Gadget
My brother-in-law received one as a Christmas gift. He mentioned that he liked it for a recent shoulder injury and so I decided to try it. I love it. It really helps to alleviate my shoulder and neck pain, not to mention it's great on my lower back, hands, and feet. This is a wonderful product.

I would buy this product again!
Pros: Product works better than I expected. Powerful vibration which is exactly what I wanted for constant sore back, neck, shoulders. The heat feature feels great too! Cons: Heavier than I expected. I'm a small sized 47 yr old woman. My arms go numb after holding them up for awhile. A little awkward to hold & try relax muscles when using but I manage & love how I feel afterwards. Also wish it was quieter.
