Absolute Comfort While Traveling
I love this product! It provides amazing support to my neck and a soothing massage. I use it at home, in the office and while I'm traveling, especially on planes. This unit doesn't touch your shoulder and no instructions
This unit says it is for neck and shoulders. It doesn't touch your shoulders. Also it doesn't come with instructions. I am guessing how to get it to work. No wonder they discontinued carrying it. Of course this is a personal item so Sharper Image won't take the piece of junk back.
