Yes, I'm purchasing another today for the other grandkids
I bought this for my grandson, he turned 4. He absolutely loves it. He's been playing nonstop since he received it. It works very well, and is sturdy. So I decided to purchase one for my other grandkids, I know they will equally.

Broken on opening
My four year old received this gift for Christmas. She was very excited as we love playing the claw machines at our local arcade. We were disappointed when realizing the forward/backward lever does not work at all. This of course prohibits dropping the machine contents into the winning slot making it completely unusable. I have emailed customer service and am awaiting reply. Hopefully it will be resolved.

Cheaply Made
It was very confusing to follow the directions to assemble. The Claw is very cheap plastic and could not hold any toy, much less pull it up. Cery disappointing purchase!

The 'claw' does not pick up anything small or light.
The claw will not pick up anything at all. Do not purchase this item.
