Massaging Hand Sauna

ok, the product has a hot stream..... better to keep your hand away from the upper glass when on.....I would not give this product to anyone that doesn't have the common sense to pull their hand out when it's too hot! there is just enough room inside the doom to flex your fingers but your knuckles will be hitting the upper glass...just be careful because with some people 15 mins are enough and with others 20 mins will burn them?! once you hear the unit stop bubbling then it out of the water... if you want to go longer than 2o mins ....cup 1/2 will do but anything more will probably cause problems... the directions say only 1 cup for 2o mins....that's all you need to know!!!!!

Bought as a gift for my daughter but tried it out before I gave to her. works easy and as advertised. There is plenty of room to move to your hand around so even your wrists or fingers can be massaged if so desired. Felt good. I'm going to get me one now.

I get carpal tunnel like issues with my hand. It's easy, it reminds me of those foot massagers, it's basic, but easy to use. Only 3 buttons, ifared light/heat, vibration and steam modes. Unlike bulky foot massagers or other hand health products, this is the easyest , strong and powerful. No need to add a bucket of water. It comes with a measuring cup, tiny cup, an inch high of water is about the max it can be used for 20 minutes use.

I was surprised that it was bigger than I thought it would be. This is a plus for those of us that have larger hands. I have a problem with carpal tunnel and also diabetic neuropathy which causes my hands to tingle and go numb at times along with the agonizing burning sensations. I found that this hand sauna helps to relief the symptoms for a while after "treatment" in the sauna. The infrared heat is the most helpful along with the vibration massage. What I love about this machine is that you can use all 3 (massage, infrared, and the steam sauna) or only 1 or 2 of the selections depending on what you want. You are not limited to all three but have the freedom of choice. 20 minutes is all you need with the steam but I found you can go a little longer with just the massage or infrared. Water fill will go 20 minutes without refilling although you have to fill for each hand. I recommend it for anyone who would just like to pamper their hands or for pain relief.

I have psoriasis on my hands. The skin thickness and dryness during outbreaks seems to react positively when I use this. I think the infrared helps too.
