I recommend this item
I have purchased this chair for my home office now that I work at home. I really love this chair. It is everything I expected it would be. It is very comfortable and a big plus with the massage feature.

Not a true massage
This is a great office chair. Massage not so much. No matter what I set the massage settings on, I get a headache. The massage does nothing to relieve minor tension, much less for anything more.
