I think it's good
I got this for my back but I used it on a couple other injuries and it worked - helps pain and mobility It could be just cause heat helps but I think it has " healing " beyond heat It will turn off which annoyed me at first BUT believe because if it's been too long or too hot It's a safety thing

Liked the product
I have significant arthritis in every joint, with back (T12-L1) and hips being most affected. This has worked quite well in relieving some of the pain. Pain free - no-- BUT pain relief - yes! The one biggest negative is the very short battery life- after a 20 minute use, it has to be recharged for at least 1-2 hours.

Prefer radiant to this but those products are not available.
Transitioned from radiant to this. Takes several applications to be effective in my situation (lumbar)
