I would buy this device again
Used this device to assist healing after knee replacement, alternating ice and light therapy. Very simple and easy to use. Used on hip, shoulder, etc. to relieve soreness and stiff muscles.

Great portable pre workout and post workout recovery tool
During my training for sprints, I have used this device on my quads, hip joint, lower back and groin both as a pre-workout warmup and as part of post workout recovery. I use the heat selection. It does a great job of relieving pain and stiffness. I also have more pain free range of motion after using it. I sometimes put it under compression garments so that I have an even tighter fit. This is much easier than using a traditional heating pad. Additionally, because it is so small you can easily put it in your gym bag. The battery life is pretty good. I don't remember how often I have to recharge it, which means it must last a long time. Great product for my aging body.

It is like having an ice pack and heating pad all in one
I used to have daily pain in my knees. Used it several times a day for a week and pain was gone. It comes back periodically from over use. I use it for a day and the pain goes away.

Great Product!
This product works great! I use it for achey muscles and joints....it has helped me a ton. It also has a strap so I can still work while I am using it.
