I would buy this item again.
It was used as a gift for Christmas where we trade and steal others. Everyone wanted this gift. They are beautiful and when lit they look amazing. They are currently in my mothers bay window where the timer turns them on every night.

One of the globes light switch was broken we sent them back but was told there were not in stock anymore

Customer service horrible. it was defected
I put batteries in the globes before packing it for a gift. The cheap on /off switch broke on the middle size globe. I called customer service. return it and when we process it we will send another one. Can I just send the middle one. No it's a set of 3. Can you send it back overnight or priority,same day shipping. No. Can i speak to the manager. I need this before Christmas its for someone whose husband died weeks ago.I didnt get it until 27. It was sent standard. The call was placed the 16th plenty of time. SHARPER IMAGE failed!!
