I think this is a very nice product, I would recommend it.!
I use this blanket when sitting in a chair. I put it so it hits my back, since you're not to sit on it. not sure if it's healing but it is warm and feels real good. it's light weight and small enough you could travel with it if you wanted to. Like a nice heating pad only covers more body area. I like it..!! Nothing negative to say. I am an Acupuncturist & massage therapist. I think it's a good buy.

I bought this because a friend recommended it who is using it for restless leg syndrome. My particular symptoms are that midway through the night, my calfs and feet get very hot and I end up rubbing them for a minute or two. I am using this product at night for 20 or 30 minutes while watching TV shortly before I go to bed. It seems to help My symptoms seem to have been reduced. I've also used it for a sore shoulder and bicep, and it seems to help as well.

Helps prevent/relieve muscle cramps
Love this heating pad. I suffer from leg cramps at night and having this heating pad on hand has helped prevent and/or relieve leg cramps. It is big enough to lay over me from wait to lower calves. Perfect amount of heat for me on high setting. Super cozy on cold winter nights too. Definitely a great purchase.

Best electric blanket ever
I stopped using electric blankets when I learned about EMFs. This blanket has healing infrared heat that improves circulation. I bet the 8% who didn't like it just couldn't find the power button.
