Love it!
Most nights I have a difficult time falling asleep. I'll be lyingin bed and my brain has a hard time shutting off. I occasionally will take somemelatonin to help me relax and fall asleep, but I don't like using it all thetime. The Infrared Sauna Blanket has made a world of difference in my life.Falling asleep at night is so much easier and overall feel more relaxed whenusing this product. I love the feeling of being burritoed in this blanket. Itis easy to adjust the heat of the blanket and use the auto-shutoff timer.
