I love this chair. Human Touch Zero Gravity 5.0 Massage
I use this several times a day. I am in the middle of chemo treatment and this chair gives me a lot of relief. Great for the muscles. My feet hurt a lot and this gives me where I can stand on them .

I was very hesitant to order an expensive item like this online.Ive wanted a massage chair for years BUT!I received it promptly within 12 days of placing the order!I also noticed that all companies have bad reviews and horror stories and I think mostly people answer reviews when things go wrong,so understand that when you read them. My experience was nothing but good. The delivery service that was used for me,Pilot Freight Services,was excellent!Very nice and courteous people.The 2 men unpacked the chair outside and were very careful in getting into my home(even put cardboard around the doorways)and set up the chair where I wanted it and showed me how(and made sure)it worked.I was very pleased and will order from Sharper Image again. This product has 3 levels of intensity and I am very glad that I got that feature!Tried it out and also use the lowest intensity on the back and feet!The chair is comfortable(I am 5"3 But the EASY to use remote can adjust the height of massage higher for taller people! Love that option for the big men in our family!It really makes a difference.So many people of different heights can use it.Especially pushing out the foot massage for taller legs.(But perfect for me,as is.)The intensity of the foot massage is also adjustable.I am diabetic and cannot have a deep massage...so started with the lowest relaxing mode.Those seem to work for me! But then,I just received the chair today! It has some rolling up + down,massaging hands,tapping and some vibration..etc Many different things going on.I am thrilled to have one.It is compact,comfortable + very nice looking.Youd never know it was a massage chair and fits in with the other black Naugahyde recliner we have But dont be deceived that the seat is also too compact to sit in.It is a roomy width.The perfect chair in looks and comfort.There is some sound in the massaging gears but not too much.The seat also moves in a lifting and tilt.All in all, its a pretty good ride! I shall Enjoy this chair!

I thought I was going to use this chair as a recliner.
I thought I was going to use this as a recliner as well. You don't want to sit in it if it not on working. Maybe you could if you have a cushion placed on the back. Make sure you read the fine print on returning it. Since I was not able to use as a recliner I was going to return it. Restoring fee of 540.00 dollars. There was no way I was paying that. I have the chair and it works great. Should have went somewhere and tried one first.

Will not last
Husband has back problems. I have fibromyalgia. We were hoping that a $3,000 massage chair would be a blessing for both of us, and for a couple years it was great. But now, 5-6 years later, it barely works. Horrible investment in my opinion. Approximately $500 a year.
