Soothe foot and arch pain the Sharper Image way! Hot and Cold Pain Relieving Gel Socks provide natural, drug-free pain relief for a variety of common foot problems.
• Natural, drug-free and non-invasive pain relief
• Hot or cold therapy
• Starts working the moment you put them on
• For those who suffer from: plantar fasciitis, toe pain, heel pain, arch pain, inflammation, arthritis pain, acute or chronic pain, muscle aches, strains, sprains, high arch/low arch, poor circulation and swelling
• Each sock includes a full, foot-sized gel pack on the bottom (sole) of the sock
• Material: 90% Polyester / 10% Spandex
• Washing instructions: remove gel packs, hand wash with mild soap, drip dry
• Adjustable 100% Nylon Plantar Fascia strap provides customized arch support
• Heat in the microwave (10 seconds each side) for soothing warmth
• Chill in the freezer 2 hours prior to use for cold therapy (20 minutes maximum is recommended)
• Available in two sizes:
- S/M fits Women’s shoe size 7-12 and Men’s shoe size 5-10
- L/XL fits Women’s shoe size 13+ and Men’s shoe size 11+

pain relieving socks
I have peripheral neuropathy and the pain is intense, especially at night. I put these socks on for a couple of hours before I go to bed and I can sleep for at least 4-5 hours before the pain wakes me up.

Great new product for Planters Fascia pain.
For winter, use the "hot" effect, they are new in December, so most likely will use "cold" in the summer.
