Love the hot/cold mask!
This has worked well for my sinuses. I use both the hot and cold settings to get the swelling down and it has helped very much. Fyi, our hunting dog loves the bird chirping on the soothing sounds mode, and tries to get ahold of the mask, even while on face!

Great Product for someone that has a hard time sleeping!!
My husband gets migraines and has a hard time sleeping.... uses a cold compress.... has a noise machine on AND puts a pillow on his head to drowned out the light and noise... SO this does ALL THREE!
