Works for nausea too!!
I do use this for hot flashes (I am 44 and in perimenopause). It works like a charm to stop hot flashes! I also have some stomach issues that cause me to have waves of nausea sometimes (think pregnancy nausea, morning sickness although of course I'm not pregnant) and this works like magic to stop a nausea wave!! It does also help with headaches etc but for me the winning effect is that it stops nausea for me. I would recommend getting this for pregnancy or for motion sickness, or anyone who struggles with nausea too.

Does nothing
Total waste of money. Feels mildly cool (nowhere near close to cold) for a couple seconds, but heats up after held against your skin. Zero help for hot flashes.

Don't buy other reviews are fake
You get 4 mins of cooling at a time!!! And doesn't even cool that's much. You are better off using ice cubes or a cold washcloth! This is the biggest rip off. I have seen alot of the products trash
