Love it!
I have a lot of hot flashes and when I came across this product, I knew I wanted to give it a try. I love it! It is so easy to use and fits comfortably around my wrist. I feel so much cooler while wearing this bracelet and It's amazing!

Much to my amazement this really does help my hot flashes. I cut the strap so I could easily press the device against the back of my neck. It helps when worn as a bracelet, but for me, it cools better against the back of my neck. I wish it had a battery life indicator because I never know how low the battery is until it stops working.

Works wonders, but 2 in one year have stopped working 😭
This does the trick when i start over-heating due to hot flashes and/or working up a sweat. I loved it so much that when my first purchase stopped charging, I immediately purchased another one. Unfortunately the second one has now stopped charging as well. There's the same problems with both bracelets: the charger doesn't stay charging without constant supervision and the power button won't stay on.

Waste of money!
This product stays cool for maybe a minute, then it gets hot and burns your wrist. Very dissatisfied!
