• Heating feature helps relieve redness and swelling
• Mode options: Hot (104° F for 5 minutes), Cool (64° F for 3 minutes) or Auto (104° F for 1.5 minutes, then 64° F for 1 minute — and back and forth for a total of 5 minutes)
• Use up to one hour on a full charge
• Do not overuse. Use Hot mode up to 5 minutes a day, Cool mode up to 3 minutes a day, and Auto mode up to 5 minutes a day
• Charger plugs into an AC outlet

This product works!
I have a small under-eye bag under my right eye. It is just like the one my father had. I have had it for years. I believe not only genetics but chronic lack of sleep played a role in the issue becoming permanent. I purchased this product and I use it several times a week. I have noticed that my under-eye puffiness is not as prominent as it once was. Highly recommend this product!

Like being at the spa!
I got this mask to use for my skin care, on the recommendation of the esthetician I see at the salon I go to. I have a problem with puffiness especially under my eyes. It's perfect! It can relieve pain with heat or reduce puffiness with cold. I am very happy with my purchase!
