I would never buy this product again

I use the product at night and because it has a cord that releases if you mov or if your too far away it unplugs. It is unusable

I would not buy this again

You would be better off with a heating pad. The massage is like a "buzz" with no effect on muscles and there is no warmth in the neck area felt, because the neck area is loose and not against the neck.

Bottom LineNo, I would not recommend to a friend
