Not as expected
Bought this as a gift for my father. Disappointed in the product for a couple of reasons. It shuts off after a few minutes. This was not mentioned in the description. If it was I would not have purchased it. Once it automatically shuts off, my father has to turn it off then has to turn it back on. The other issues is that he uses it his recliner which the online description says you could but there is no way to secure the mat so it's constantly sliding around the recliner or falls off everytime he gets up. Just overall disappointing.

Not what I expected
There is no massager, only different speeds of vibration, the heat element has one temperature and it's not very warm, the material is thin/cheap nylon, and it doesn't come with any kind of a storage bag.

No adapter.
I bought this for a friend for Christmas. She was all excited to use and and called me to say they did not include the adapter that connects the mat that needs to plug into wall. I called customer service and they don't speak English and therefore no help. I had to order a replacement, much faster than trying to contact this lousy company.

Absolutely useless, Do not waste your money, zero stars
The heating pads only get Luke warm and turn off after a few minutes. and since it is a massage product they do not accepts returns, even thought they say 100 satisfaction guarantee.
