Healthy Potato Chip Maker
I love making potato chips with the Healthy Potato Chip Maker. It's great that it comes with two trays, which fit about all the potatoes I like to eat in one sitting, keeping me from eating a whole bag's worth. The only thing I would improve is a way to store the mandolin so that it's 100% safe. Maybe there could be some sort of cover for the blade.
