Phenomenal Product for the Price
I wash a lot of the button downs I wear to work in the washing machine, which means a lot of them are going to come out wrinkled. This steamer is great for getting those wrinkles out quick in the morning before work. I intend to travel with it too when I need to. You can get steamers that are more effective, but considering the size, portability, and price, I don't think it gets any better than this.

I will recommend this
We received this and when opened the product was used. Box was ripped, cord was loose, directions were folded and piece was missing. I am sending back hopefully to get a NEW ONE!

It is fine
I still expected a better performance for the price I paid. It works the best if you travel because it is light-weight. I also use it at home if I am in a hurry and need to steam one item and no time to open an ironing board. It works well on delicate items like sweaters which can't be ironed. But it still doesn't straiten deep creases on thick fabrics like cotton.
