Best foam roller I've tried
This foam roller is outstanding - high quality, durable, and effective. I've tried several, and this roller has been most effective for addressing my muscle tension. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Perfect solution for sore muscles
This is a great roller! This is the perfect item for my sore leg muscles. After a long run my legs are always tight and sore. This roller is stiff and sturdy enough to take care of my aching legs. I did find this one much easier to position and use in areas that the hard roller cannot really reach well such as inner thigh and outside lower leg.
