Great for seniors!
My parents love this! They are both in their late 60's. They use this every single day. They keep it in their living room so they can exercise while watching tv. It's easy and fun for them. They average over 4 miles on it per day! I'm so glad I found something they enjoy using. This was a fantastic investment in their health and wellness. I highly recommend it!

Great, low impact product for the price.
This product was easy to assemble and yet very durable for a good workout. The instruction disc helps with workouts as well. I like that it is low impact on my my knees, but I can still feel the burn of using my larger muscles. The price was right and I am very happy with this product. My kids love to use it as well.
