Would for sure buy again, it's great.
This is the best ever. It held up to advertising, is simple to use and works. I have been able to lose inches and develope healthy muscle. I use it everyday.

Flex Core 8
This got me working out my abs and my arms. Very compact and easy to use while watching television. I see a slight improvement in my abs and hoping by next summer I will have a flat stomach and no jiggle in my arms when I wave hello or goodbye. LOL!! You will have to do a separate workout from the Flex Core 8 for biceps.

I would recommend this product
My wife and I use this product 3 or 4 times weekly. It's fun, easy to use and versatile but I especially like it for the sit ups/crunches feature, it totally alleviates the pain and strain you ofttimes feel on your neck and back.
